• Jan-April $1300 per week
• May-November $950 per week
• December $925 per week

Rates are based on a 4-person occupancy. Maximum 6. Rates are subject to change without notice. A reservation deposit of $250.00 is required for reservations in May-December. A reservation deposit of $500.00 is required for reservations in January-April. Payment is due in full 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus deposit, unless the unit can be re-rented. If the unit can be rented for the cancelled time, a full refund of the deposit will be made.

Special arrangements provided for weekend and late arrivals. Sorry-no pets, motor homes, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, recreational vehicles, boats, skateboards or roller blades.
